Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CiteGauge (citegauge.com and the CiteGauge — AI Visibility app). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@citegauge.com.

The service

CiteGauge measures how often brands are mentioned and cited in answers from AI assistants and provides scores, comparisons, cited-source analysis, and recommendations. AI answers vary over time and between runs; our outputs are estimates for informational purposes and are not guarantees of any search, ranking, or business outcome.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• Only audit brands and stores you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or resell access except as expressly permitted by your plan (e.g. agency white-label reporting).

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe for citegauge.com; Shopify billing for the Shopify app). You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service. Reports you generate are yours to use with your clients, including under white-label branding on eligible plans.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
